How do I choose a size?+
Most pieces use a standard unisex fit. Choose your normal size for a relaxed fit or size down for a closer fit.
When will my order be ready?+
Most made-to-order items are ready within 10–15 business days after the store window closes.
Where is local pickup?+
Local pickup details will be emailed when your order is complete. School pickup will be coordinated through the Torres XC program.
Can I have my order shipped?+
Yes. Select shipping during checkout and tracking will be emailed once your package leaves the shop.
Can I exchange a custom item?+
Because team apparel is made to order, exchanges are limited to defects or production errors. Please review size and color before checkout.
